These terms govern your use of ViDrive Web. By using the site you agree to them. ViDrive Web is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Last updated: 14 August 2026.
Estimates, not advice
All figures — including total cost of ownership, resale value, fuel, maintenance, and registration fees — are estimates based on published assumptions. They are not financial, tax, or legal advice. Verify against official sources and your own dealer quotes before making any purchase decision.
Data and assumptions
Calculation assumptions (fuel prices, fees, depreciation models) are documented on the Methodology page and may change without notice as regulations and market conditions evolve.
Intellectual property
ViDrive Web, including all text, code, visual design, calculation models, and car data, is owned by the individual maintainer of the ViDrive project and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. It is not owned by a registered company. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, spam, or abuse ViDrive Web services. Automated access via bots, scrapers, or scripts is prohibited. Commercial resale of calculation outputs is not permitted without explicit written permission. If you wish to use ViDrive Web data in a product, contact us first.
Minors and personal data
ViDrive Web does not require an account and does not collect personal data on our servers, so minors may use the calculator normally. The only personal data you might send us is a contact email, and if you are under 18, please have a parent or legal guardian send it for you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViDrive Web’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid (zero) for access to the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. The calculations are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from your use of ViDrive Web shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
